A selection of specialised KONVEKTA Heavy-Duty Rectangular Control Dampers (KHDR-CD) have been produced for a Waste Water Treatment Works (WWTW) in the Middle East; known, of course, for its hot and dusty climate.

The distinctive green coating is thanks to a specialist Halar® ECTFE treatment and was selected to enhance the dampers’ standard Stainless Steel material.
It provides a durable solution, extending lifespans in highly corrosive applications where products are attacked – day in, day out – by caustic chemical process atmospheres, including industrial-strength bleach.

Designed and manufactured at our facility in Haslingden, Lancashire, they exemplify our commitment to air control solutions fit for the ‘Real World’, including true environmental life-cycle benefits.
